Salt AddictionDo you find yourself addicted to salt?

For example, for reason other than having a good taste, you put a lot of salt in your meal.  Or sometimes you found yourself enjoying this heavy taste of salt when you start eating.  And it seems to you that there is no taste if you did not put “enough” salt in everything you eat.

When you start putting salt, when you saw a lot of these “white materials” fell into your meal, and melt with it, you really enjoy this process.  And even if the taste is “heavy”, it is created and controlled by you!  You suddenly felt the power inside you, which is really good.

But if you are having a meal without these “necessary” materials, you did not feel the goodness anymore.  You don’t like the “natural” taste of everything, without you adding something to it.  You start feeling bad, and lose something that is important to your body.

But the truth is, you don’t need too much of “salt”, here is why.

You already have all the capabilities and controls to what you have.

Which means, you also have all the capabilities and controls “not to have it”.

Actually, according to medical research, you don’t need much salt in order to be healthy.  So it means that if you are taking too much salt, it is not because your body needs it, it is your “mind” that needs it.

In other words, you talk salt because your mind wants to, not because your body wants to.

If you are taking care of your mind, you don’t need to take so many salt.
