And of course, most importantly, you can quit smoking by working with your unconscious mind.

Can I really quit smoking by self hypnosis

Smoking is really an addiction and habitual that, you may start smoking probably after a meal, or driving, or even just want to take some rest.

This is an association (or trigger) that, you “smoke” after doing something.

In other words, if you want to quit smoking, one of the way is to break the association between those actions and smoking.

By breaking those association, you will find yourself smoking less, to really quit smoking ultimately.

So it would take some time, but if you keep working on it, you can quit smoking.

And all you did is listening.
